Position Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Analyst to support the day-to-day operational execution of the marketing area, with a strong focus on events, content production, collateral development, and campaign support.

This role is ideal for someone with a minimum of 2 years of experience who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and hands-on. The position will provide support across design adaptations, video editing, audiovisual coordination, social media assets, CRM-related tasks, email marketing, and broader marketing operations.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working on multiple projects, supporting both creative execution and operational coordination, and helping ensure marketing initiatives are delivered smoothly and on time.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Collateral & Design Support
  • Support the development and adaptation of marketing collateral for events and campaigns, including brochures, invitations, presentations, pull-ups, stand graphics, and other branded materials.
  • Assist with design adaptations for both print and digital marketing assets, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Help prepare files and materials for use across different channels and formats.
  • Organize and maintain marketing assets, templates, and files for ongoing us.
Content, Video & Audiovisual Support
  • Edit short-form videos and basic audiovisual content for internal and external marketing use.
  • Support the preparation of content and assets for social media and digital channels.
  • Assist with audiovisual coordination for events, presentations, webinars, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure content and visual materials are properly formatted and ready for use across platforms
CRM, Email Marketing & Database Support
  • Support CRM-related tasks such as database updates, contact organization, segmentation, and lead tracking.
  • Assist with email marketing execution, including list management, campaign support, and reporting.
  • Help manage guest lists, registrations, RSVP follow-up, and post-event lead consolidation.
  • Maintain organized records of contacts, attendees, and campaign-related data
Background & Abilities

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Graphic Design, or a related field. (Required)
  • Approximately 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a similar operational marketing role. (Required)
  • Experience supporting marketing collateral, content creation, campaigns, or event-related marketing activities. (Required)
  • Experience with CRM platforms and/or email marketing tools. (Preferred)
  • Experience supporting trade shows, seminars, webinars, or corporate events. (Preferred)

  • Knowledge of audiovisual formats and asset preparation for digital and event-related use. (Required)
  • Familiarity with social media content support and digital asset coordination. (Required)
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems and email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce, or similar tools. (Preferred)
  • English language proficiency at a B2/C1 level. (Preferred)
