What You Will Do:
  • Design, implement, and test rugged, fail-safe electronic products for industrial applications.
  • Develop and maintain PCB designs using Altium Designer.
  • Create detailed schematic diagrams, PCB layouts, and component libraries.
  • Ensure designs comply with safety and emission standards, such as UL and CE.
  • Conduct design reviews and implement quality control procedures to ensure high reliability.
  • Collaborate with firmware and software teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software.
  • Troubleshoot communication problems and electronic circuits to identify and implement corrective actions.
  • Conduct hardware testing using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other test equipment.
  • Provide thorough design documentation, including BOMs, schematics, layouts, and test procedures.
  • Support ongoing product maintenance, upgrades, and feature additions.

What You Will Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field, plus 4-5 years of relevant experience. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proficiency in Altium Designer for PCB design, including schematic capture and multilayer board layout.
  • Strong understanding of analog and digital circuit design, including power supplies and communication protocols.
  • Experience with compliance standards, such as UL, CE, and EMC/EMI standards, is preferred.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair electronic circuit boards effectively.
  • Experience using hardware test equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and multimeters.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve design and manufacturing issues.
  • English language proficiency at C1 or C2 level (CEFR) – ability to communicate effectively in technical discussions and documentation.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and other CAD software is a plus, but not required.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with high-speed designs, communication protocols (Ethernet, SPI, I2C, etc.), and power management circuits.
  • Knowledge of embedded systems and microcontroller interfacing.
  • Understanding of PCB design best practices for thermal management, noise reduction, and EMI/EMC compliance.
