Your work to perform stress and performance tests on a variety of computer hardware including circuit boards, processors, and wiring will have real-world impact. What You Will Do:

Design, implement, and test rugged, fail-safe electronic products for industrial applications.
Develop and maintain PCB designs using Altium Designer.
Create detailed schematic diagrams, PCB layouts, and component libraries.
Ensure designs comply with safety and emission standards, such as UL and CE.
Conduct design reviews and implement quality control procedures to ensure high reliability.
Collaborate with firmware and software teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software.
Troubleshoot communication problems and electronic circuits to identify and implement corrective actions.
Conduct hardware testing using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other test equipment.
Provide thorough design documentation, including BOMs, schematics, layouts, and test procedures.
Support ongoing product maintenance, upgrades, and feature additions.

What You Will Need:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field, plus 4-5 years of relevant experience. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
Proficiency in Altium Designer for PCB design, including schematic capture and multilayer board layout.
Strong understanding of analog and digital circuit design, including power supplies and communication protocols.
Experience with compliance standards, such as UL, CE, and EMC/EMI standards, is preferred.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair electronic circuit boards effectively.
Experience using hardware test equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and multimeters.
Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve design and manufacturing issues.
English language proficiency at C1 or C2 level (CEFR) – ability to communicate effectively in technical discussions and documentation.
Familiarity with AutoCAD and other CAD software is a plus, but not required.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with high-speed designs, communication protocols (Ethernet, SPI, I2C, etc.), and power management circuits.
Knowledge of embedded systems and microcontroller interfacing.
Understanding of PCB design best practices for thermal management, noise reduction, and EMI/EMC compliance.
